Mein kleiner Betrieb ist unter heutigen Bedingungen eine Ausnahme. Denn ich betreibe noch die uralte, fast verschwundene Wanderschäferei. Auf Flächen in der Region ist sie ein wertvoller Beitrag zur naturverträglichen und nachhaltigen Landschaftspflege. Die mageren, kräuterreichen Weiden im nördlichen Niederoderbruch bieten beste Voraussetzungen für das Wachsen von zartem, wohlschmeckendem Fleisch
