Wir sind eine neue Firma, die regional (in Troisdorf) produziert und sich auf vegetarische und vegane Produkte spezialisiert hat.
Viele, aber nicht alle, unserer Produkte basieren auf Soja. Wir versuchen nicht so sehr, vorhandene Fleischprodukte zu kopieren, sondern neue Produkte zu schaffen.
Wir schöpfen aus einem Reservoir von Rezepten, insbesondere aus Vietnam, und freuen uns, innovative vegane Rezepte nach Deutschland zu bringen.

"Nguyen, Thi Thuy Duong - that is me. I am from Tây Ninh in Vietnam, but I also live in Germany. I would like to tell you about who I am and how I came to work with Tofu and vegan dishes in general.
My father was a farmer in Tây Ninh province, my mother a doctor and she also was the cook for the family. Good food was an everyday evidence for me.
In Tây Ninh many people live a Buddhist way of life, searching for equilibrium of soul and body. But this is not about religion, it is about food! Tây Ninh people have created over time a rich, unique and delicious vegetarian and even vegan gastronomy.
Only once I left Tây Ninh, did I start to realize that our vegetarian gastronomy is something really special.
In Germany I enjoyed cooking and shared the dishes with friends and family. Now I took all of my courage and went for a professional approach - and here is XOII, my very personal company for vegetarian food :)
When I cook, I want to be authentic and respect the richness of Tây Ninh. Also the organic nature of my products is very important to me. Last but not least, I would love to bring you home to Tây Ninh and its long history of vegan food culture.
