1967 zur Selbstversorgung unserer Gemeinde gegründet, umfasst unser Betrieb heute ca. 70 ha Getreide-, Hackfrucht- und Futterbau sowie 30 ha Wald. In einem modernen Boxenlaufstall halten wir 40 Kühe mit Nachzucht und Masttieren. Sommer wie Winter sind Jungtiere sowie trockenstehende Kühe auf der Weide. Der Betrieb wird nach den Richtlinien von Bioland biologisch bewirtschaftet. In unserer Hofmolkerei wird die frische Milch noch in liebevoller Handarbeit zu Joghurt, Käse, Quark und Butter verarbeitet.
