Das VEIS ist eine kleine Eisproduktion mit dem Anspruch,
leckeres und kreatives handgemachtes Eis auf besonders innovative und frische Art anzubieten.
Ein gutes Eis braucht gute Rohstoffe, Know-How und ein bisschen Liebe. Jedoch keine künstlichen Aromen, Farbstoffe, oder Emulgatoren - und in unserem Fall auch keine tierischen Zutaten. Deswegen sind sie in unserem Eis auch nicht enthalten.

Seit 2015 stelle ich im VEIS nach handwerklichen Grundsätzen komplett veganes Eis her. Es wird auf Basis verschiedener Pflanzendrinks cremig - z.B. mit Hafer, Reis oder der regionalen Alternative Lupine. Die wird hier in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern angebaut und verarbeitet - und ist ein echter Kundenliebling. Das Fruchteis glänzt mit sehr hohem Fruchtanteil: je nach Sorte 30 bis 50 %.
